Mr. Kishore (Narayan) Kashinath Redkar is
the founder of REDKAR PROPERTIES. He has completed his studies from Rachana Sansad, Academy of Architecture, Prabhadevi. He has also studied skills of Project Management and created his own system of managing the projects. This system is awarded ISO certification by ISO monitoring body.
This inhouse system includes overall planning, coordination, monitoring and controlling of every project from inception to completion in order to produce a functionally and financially viable project that will be completed on Time, within estimated cost and to the decided quality standards.
“Quality Projects Always in Time” is his passion. Mr. Kishore Redkar is active in this field since a decade and half. Excellent Communication and Coordination skills, ethical business approach made him to complete many projects successfully. He has completed several Projects in Mumbai and across the country in last 15years of his career.
Planning the Project activities perfectly, managing the entire infrastructure required, monitoring the project for desired results is his forte. He is associated with many corporate and Residential Projects. |

He is having total work experience of 25 Years in the field of Repairs/Rehabilitation, Waterproofing, Grouting, Paving & Coatings works for various structures, including Load Bearing, RCC Frame Structures in Chemicals, Textiles, Fertilizers, Paper, Drugs & Dyes manufacturing Industries of various parts of India.
Since, last Twenty Five years dedicated engaged in Repairs / Restoration, Waterproofing & Painting of residential structures all over Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai.
Jan.1992 To Jan.2003, Worked in the Organizations, M/s. Sri Ram Associates, Chembur.
Feb. 2003 To Oct. 2017, Worked in M/s. Polymer Applicators, Malad –E.
His portfolio includes surveying of problems, preparation of estimate along with remedial measures, negotiation of quote & execution work up to client satisfaction, handover sites, etc
